Shown below are just a few of the parts we have manufactured recently. A brief description and approximate sizes are shown adjacent to each picture.
This is a linkage for a control valve. The parts are all manufactured and assembled by us. All the parts are in steel and plated. The piston on the right hand end of the assembly is 16mm diameter and 36mm long. the whole assembly is approximately 115mm long laid out as shown.

These are parts for another control valve, manufactured in aluminium. The larger part is 23mm across flats and 22mm long. The smaller is 13mm diameter at the head and 23mm long. The pin section of the smaller part is 2.5mm diameter.

This is a steel hotplate These are assembled in pairs, with a heating element placed in the groove. When bolted together these form a complete hotplate unit. Each plate is 150mm diameter and 20 mm thick.
Flow adjusting pin manufactured in stainless steel. The middle of the three grooves is eccentric, and controls the flow into a side port on the valve block. Each end of the pin is slotted. The head is 13mm diameter and the pin is 44mm long.
This is a piston for a pressure balancing valve. It is 13mm diameter and 18mm long. We also manufacture the valve body in aluminium.

A valve block for a pressure reducing valve. This is manufactured from steel and is 95mm long.
